Great things happen when industry leaders step into the classroom. Our West Jordan Auto Collision students took a break from traditional bodywork to dive into the world of custom airbrushing. Huge thanks to Elite Automotive & Industrial Coatings for coming out, bringing the supplies, and sharing their expert knowledge with the class! Elite doesn't just supply our shop—they help fuel the next generation of automotive pros. These hands-on workshops are exactly what inspire our students to turn a skill into a passion.
Hayden Peak Elementary kicked off College and Career Awareness Week with a bang! Their K-6 students loved exploring different paths at the school-wide Career Fair. Thanks to the parent volunteers for sharing their careers, expertise, and passions. Their involvement helped the students see what’s possible for their own futures.
The Healthcare Career Fair was a resounding success! It was inspiring to see high school students from every district come together to explore their future paths. This event provided a vital bridge between the classroom and the clinical world. Thanks to the Wasatch Front Health Sciences Advisory Board for making this happen, and to our amazing partners for inspiring the next generation and showing these students what’s possible.

The JATC Engineering students showcased their recent achievements at the JATC Annual TSA Open House on February 26, 2026. Student projects included Animatronic Displays, Drones, Games, Architectural planning and renderings, and the always popular C02 powered dragsters. Congratulations to those students whose projects will progress to the State Competition.

Hundreds of Jordan School District students gathered at SheTech yesterday to dive deep into the world of tech, and the energy was absolutely fireworks. From hands-on robotics and coding workshops to meeting incredible mentors, these JSD students proved that the next generation of innovators is ready to lead.
Four JATC students were selected as winners of NASA’s TechRise Student Challenge! As one of the 60 winning TechRise teams selected to build their proposed experiments, students Zach Hall, Mason Rice, Canyon Bullock, and Blake Bigler, will launch their finished project on a High-Altitude Balloon flight this summer.
